The Agia picnic site sits deep in the heart of the Paphos Forest, at about 592 m on the forest road that links Panagia with Stavros tis Psokas — roughly 20 km from the former and 10 km from the latter. Far from any village, it is one of the classic stopping points on a drive through the forest, with room for around 186 visitors under the trees.
Facilities are simple and forest-style: barbecue hearths are provided (bring your own charcoal — collecting wood in the forest is prohibited), and the site is laid out to be wheelchair accessible. There is no drinking water on site, so carry what you need for the day.
Agia also works as a quiet base for stretching your legs in the surrounding forest. The Moutti ton Anemon Path starts about 3.3 km away, the E4 European long-distance route passes some 3.4 km from the site, and the Chorteri trail begins roughly 4 km further on — all a few minutes away along the forest roads.
