Archangelou Michael is a small countryside picnic site in the hill country of the eastern Limassol district, at about 700 m. It takes its name from the church of Archangelos Michael that stands close by, and it is very much a local, low-key stop rather than one of the big organised forest stations — a quiet spot to pull into on a drive through the hills.
For walkers, the site sits on the edge of a good pocket of routes. The Kyparissia - Germasogeia Dam trail passes about 2.5 km away, and the trailheads of Girismata and Kyparissia are just under 3 km off, so the site works nicely as a picnic stop before or after a day on the paths around Germasogeia dam.
