Girismata

The Girismata Nature Trail is a scenic circular hike near Prastió in Limassol district, featuring a unique downhill-then-uphill design that makes for comfortable pacing. This well-signposted 8.8-9 km moderate trail winds through mixed forest with adequate shade coverage and gradually transitions to open terrain with panoramic views. The route combines forest immersion with quarry-side walking and varying landscape features. Mountain shoes are recommended for rocky sections, though the overall difficulty is moderate for most hikers.
