Vikles Path

The Vikles Path through Lythrodontas in the Nicosia district is a 2.7-km linear trail (5.4 km round-trip) showcasing the Machairas mountain foothills and dense forest landscape. The route features panoramic viewpoints, a small 1976-built chapel of Agios Nektarios, and a kiosk with benches offering 360-degree vistas including views of the Pentadaktylos mountain range. Easy-to-moderate difficulty with engaging uphill and downhill sections suits both hikers and mountain bikers.

Great

It’s a nice short hike close to Nicosia on the outskirts of Lythrodontas. Don’t go there in the summer, will be very hot and I recommend going back by the road nearby. It’s a nice walk too
