The Kalopanayiotis Viewpoint Trail is an easy circular walk that does exactly what its name promises: it delivers one of the village’s most satisfying panoramic outings without asking for extreme effort. Starting near St John Lampadistis Monastery, it combines cultural landmarks with scenic sections, including Theoskepasti chapel, the famous old scrub oak in its churchyard, and a beautiful viewpoint over the Marathasa valley. The route also passes through the scenic Kokkala ravine, which adds texture and contrast to the open lookouts. It is an excellent all-round trail for visitors who want a little history, a little landscape drama, and a manageable distance.
