The Archangelos – Mylos tis Rodous Trail is a short but beautifully layered Solea walk that links church, river, and mill in a compact historical route. It begins at the Archangel Michael church, passes the church of Panagia Podithou, and ends at the Mylos tis Rodous watermill, all within roughly a kilometre. Despite its modest length, the trail carries a strong sense of continuity between religious heritage and riverside landscape. It is an excellent short walk for visitors who want cultural depth without a long hiking commitment.

One of the main reasons this route stands out is its passage along the Karkotis River, which adds freshness and character to the walk. The close spacing of the landmarks means that the trail feels rich almost immediately.

This is a very good option for a gentle but memorable outing in Solea. It works especially well for walkers who enjoy short trails with a high concentration of points of interest.
