This 0.8 km trail explores the picturesque Lofou village, nestled at 780m elevation 26km northwest of Limassol. The route ascends to the Faucet of Elitzi and back, winding through stone-paved alleys and discovering preserved architecture of this traditional Cypriot settlement. The village itself is the main attraction—with genuine local character, winding streets, and serene surroundings that reward slower exploration. A 3.5km circular variant offers extended hiking through nearby valleys and links to neighboring monasteries. 90% of trail has burned after the great fire of 2025. Only a part of fence and two bridges were rebuilt - most of the vegetation is black. The way up is by the asphalt road, makes it 2.7 km in total with 120 m of gain/loss.
