The Sea Caves Trail is a dramatic coastal walk in Cape Greko that keeps the Mediterranean in view almost throughout. Its main appeal is the raw shoreline itself: rocky formations, sea-carved cavities, and stretches where the path feels exposed, craggy, and full of movement. Compared with the gentler chapel trails nearby, this route feels more adventurous and visually bolder. It is an excellent choice if you want a medium-length coastal hike with stronger terrain and classic sea-cave scenery.

The route starts from the Sea Caves area east of Ayia Napa and follows the coastline through a part of the cape where the geology is the real attraction. At certain points the path becomes steep or uneven, which adds to the sense of drama without turning it into a truly difficult mountain-style hike.

This is the kind of trail that works especially well on clear days when the sea color and rocky formations do most of the storytelling. It suits walkers who want a little more edge than a simple seaside stroll.
